Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Service is operated by NetYou Robert Szymański with its registered office at: 95-040 Koluszki, ul Wojska Polskiego 11A, NIP 7731282815, REGON 5905900361, entered into the Register of Business Activity kept by the Mayor of the City and Commune of Koluszki under number 5813, hereinafter referred to as "NetYou".
  2. Customers have the option of paying without unnecessary formalities (e.g. without registration and without creating a profile)
  3. The condition for placing an order successfully is to provide your name, surname and e-mail address and to read and accept these Regulations.
  4. We use our customers' data only for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
  5. In order to receive a VAT invoice, you must provide the necessary data to issue it.
  6. You can place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

§2. Sale of website templates and website add-ons

  1. The sale of website templates and website add-ons by NetYou is legal and does not violate the rights of third parties (domestic or foreign) and is carried out with the agreement and consent of the copyright holders.
  2. Before purchasing, the customer has the opportunity to make sure that the template (software) meets all of their requirements, in particular by familiarizing themselves with the technical specifications and functionality of the digital content by previewing the template in the "live Demo" version and the full possibility of testing the template on all available types of web browsers and end devices.
  3. Confirmation of the purchase of a template or website add-on in a legal manner is the receipt of a proof of purchase (Invoice - if the purchase is made from our partners abroad), a receipt or VAT invoice and the entire template project together with the source files.
  4. Technical information, prices and the method of editing digital content are provided after clicking on the thumbnail template.

§3. License for website templates

  1. The license for website templates and website add-ons has no time limits.
  2. The customer has the right to use the template to build their own website, including a commercial website (for a company, institution, association or individual).
  3. The customer has the right to edit the template without restrictions.
  4. The customer has the right to create more language versions of the same website using one license, but only within the same domain.
  5. The customer has the right to place information on the website about their own copyrights, e.g.: Copyright © Customer Name.
  6. The customer has the right to use the materials attached to the template (photos, graphics, sounds, music, etc.) to build their own website.
  7. The customer has the right to use the graphic elements of the template for their own advertising purposes (leaflets, folders, business cards).
  8. The customer does not has the right to make copies of the project in part or in whole for resale.
  9. The Client has no right to install a website based on the template on more than one domain (www address) of their own or the Client.
  10. The Client has no obligation to place return links to other websites on their website.
  11. The template disappears from the offer only after purchasing it "exclusively".

§4. PAYMENTS

  1. Fees are one-time (no subscription).
  2. All prices are gross prices.
  3. We issue a receipt or VAT invoice for each order.
  4. The Client has the right to choose the method of payment for the ordered Goods:

  6. Payment via PayU.pl - We cooperate with PayU.pl in the scope of handling online payments. If the Client has online access to their bank account, this is the fastest and most convenient way to pay.

§5. SHIPPING TEMPLATES

  1. Processing time up to 24 hours after payment is posted.
  2. We send website templates by email in the form of a link to download the file in a compressed .zip format.
  3. The link is sent free of charge and is sent only to the email address provided when ordering.

§6. CUSTOMIZING THE TEMPLATE
