The new provisions of the Act of 16 November 2012 amending the Telecommunications Law impose on us (since March 2013) the obligation to inform you that the website uses cookies (cookies) that improve the use of our website.
See Art. 173 sec. 1 of the Act of 16 November 2012 amending the Telecommunications Law.

What are "cookies"?

"Cookies" files are computer data that most often appear as text files. "Cookies" files are stored in end-user devices and support the use of websites. They allow the user's device to be recognized and the website to be properly displayed, adjusted to their individual preferences.
"Cookies" files most often contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.
"Cookies" files do not destroy the operating system installed on the computer in any way, nor do they affect its operation.

What are "cookies" files used for?

"Cookies" files are used to adapt the content of websites to the individual preferences of the user and to optimize the use of websites. "Cookies" files are also used to create website visit statistics (e.g. Google Analytics), which allows for the improvement of their structure and content, excluding the personal identification of the user.

What "cookies" files do we use?

The NetYou website uses Google Analytics, Universal Analytics services provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) and from the services of Facebook Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland)
These services help the Administrator analyse traffic on the Website. The collected data is processed to generate statistics in a way that prevents identification of a person, i.e. it does not contain identifying features (personal data) of persons visiting the Website.
The data contains information on the devices and browsers from which they visit the website, IP and domain, geographic data and demographic data (age, gender) and interests.

Do "cookies" files contain personal data?

Personal data collected using "cookies" files can be collected only for the purpose of performing specific functions for the user. Such data is encrypted in a way that prevents access by unauthorized persons.
We do not share information about our users with other entities.

Deleting "cookies" files.

Software used to browse websites (internet browser) by default allows "cookies" files to be placed on the end device. These settings can be changed by the user in such a way as to block the automatic handling of "cookies" files in the internet browser settings or to inform them each time they are sent to the user's device. Detailed information about this possibility and methods of handling "cookies" files is available in the software (internet browser) settings.
Limiting the use of "cookies" files may affect some functionalities available on the website.

Blocking "cookies" files.

It is possible to block the sharing of information about your activity on the website with Google Analytics. For this purpose, you can install a browser add-on provided by Google Inc. available here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=pl
